AMDH Services has now formally shutdown
On the 1st July 2025 AMDH Services Limited was formally dissolved by the Directors through Companies House and now no longer exists. The directors would like to thank all its previous customers for their business over the period we were active from 2008 through to 2022. In the end the climate in the UK IT consulting sector made it too difficult to win work when competing with other larger businesses. IR35 certainly had an impact on this.
